The Briargate subdivision of northern Colorado Springs, Colorado has seen another impressive month of Real Estate sales. September in Briargate saw 119 sales, that's a 170% increase from the September low of 44 in 2010.
The volume of sales in Briargate for September of 2017 is very impressive but the Median Sales price is even more impressive. Briargate saw a 10% increase in the median sales price from 2016 to 2017. This is impressive but if you pull back to the most recent low of $260,000 in 2010 the increase is an impressive 35%. This is really impressive because El Paso County and Colorado Springs are generally thought to show slower, steadier rates of growth. Here's the breakdown on median sales price.
