Hello everyone,

I Just got assigned a listing from assetlink if I want it.  I have never worked with them, does anyone have any positives or negatives to share before I accept this listing?

Thanks much for your feedback!

I've worked with AssetLink before-- my asset manager-- was real good.

Besides -- an assignment is an assignment...

Jason:  LOL, in my own personal experience, an assignment is not an assignment.  I learned early on to turn down the one's that have no hopes of selling.  Sometimes it is the same as dealing with unruly homeowners.  Luckily, I have weeded my clients down to only the best -- I enjoy working with each of them.  Although I will not name names, I have "fired" REO clients in the best.  I am going to provide them with stellar service and in exchange I will need at least minimal cooperation.  I do not have any crazy demands, but the relationship has to be there.

Shane:  Sorry to hijack your post.  I have never worked with AssetLink.  By the name, it sounds like an outsourcer and I have had mixed results with outsourced reo's.  There are defiently some great companies out there though, Coldwell Banker and Atlas REO coming to the top of my mind right now.
