- Open the Shutters, Shades, Blind, Curtains, etc. Let the SUNSHINE IN!
- TURN ON ALL LIGHTS EVERYWHERE! MAKE IT BRIGHT & HAPPY!
- Clear out the clutter!! You want them to see the HOUSE not your STUFF!
- Have a "Focal Point" such as a Fireplace and HIGHLIGHT IT
- Keep your Home Clean, Dusted, Vacuumed and Smelling Fresh
- Keep all of the Trash Cans Empty
- Put away Personal Items
- Store Family Pictures - Showcase the HOUSE not GRANDPA!
- Remove un-necessary Furniture
- Hide those CORDS!! Wrap, Hide, Get Rid of EXTENSION CORDS, etc...
Most of all ... HAVE A FAMILY PLAN!
Sometimes you will get a showing notification with LITTLE or NO NOTICE!
Keep your Home in TIP TOP CONDITION AT ALL TIMES!!!
