The operative word for our marketing efforts this month is “consistent.” We ARE consistent with our marketing every month, but I don’t focus on that word in my marketing pieces. Our postcard for the next mass mailing will “REMIND” every recipient that we ARE consistent.
Consistent with our efforts to secure new business; consistent with our routine of marketing our inventory; and consistent with our open house events. Our business is one that focuses on consistent marketing procedures. Marketing methods of online and offline are visible consistently.
This is our Free Market Analysis postcard for the month of November, and it will be mailed to 7,650 single family residential homes. Our phone rings every week with requests for a Free Market Analysis. Offline marketing works. It costs money, but it works. The profit is significant, and there is collateral business that comes from every listing.
