Simply put, Hurricane Irma interfered with pending sale and closed sales. We still had a healthy amount of closed sales but there would have been many more had Irma not occurred. Pre-storm there is a freeze on insurance so some closings do not occur.

Even though the wedges of distressed property are miniscule on your graphs I long for the day when it becomes a faint line once again. You're making me want to revisit our "sold" price points relative to inventory here. I haven't done that for a while. Excellent presentation, as always Chris!

Thanks, folks! We are getting back to normal, except for those piles of brush waiting for pickup. The winter residents have returned early and we are going gangbusters, already.
