Hinsdale home sales for the month of September decreased in volume by 9.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 17.4% from $807,500 to $667,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 33.3%, while the median sale price rose by 16.2% from $865,000 to $1,005,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 500%, while the median sale price rose by 121.8% from $206,225 to $457,500.
