Two condos were sold in Pacifica in September 2017, which is 33% down from 3 sales the month before.

Median Sale Price showed a 7% increase from $660,000 in August 2017 to
$705,000 in September 2017.

September 2017 Days on Market (DOM) dropped to 10 from 11 in August
2017.

On average, sellers in Pacifica received 106% of their asking price in
September 2017 compared to 103% in August 2017.
