As the leaves start to change colors and summer turns to fall stateside, we here on St. Croix are also in transition. After weathering hurricanes Irma and Maria, we are all learning new ways to move forward with our current situation of limited power, internet and cell service.
Although Mother Nature dealt a harsh blow to a number of homes and our beautiful landscape, the heart of our island remains intact and our spirit is strong. Just as every day brings new leaves and flowers, it also brings renewed optimism as each day gets a little better.
