Dow Closes over 23,000 for Another Record High

After being in the losing column most of the day The Dow rallied before the close and managed to close above 23,000 for the second consecutive day and even squeaked out another record high.  There was some talk by the pundits that President Trump might be leaning toward Jerome Powell, a current Fed Board Governor who is a Republican with private sector experience.  He known to be dovish on policy.  The Dow closed up 5 points on the day.
