On October 18, 2017, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values gained 0.6% to the price of $343,260 in September of 2017 from price of $341,340 in August of 2017, and jumped 7.5% from price of $319,380 in September of 2016. While, homes sales dropped 13.0% in September of 2017 from August of 2017, and down 4.0% from September of 2016 in Inland Empire, California.
There were 3.7 months supplies of available inventory of homes in September of 2017 increased from 3.3 months in August of 2017, but decreased from 4.0 months in September of 2016. On average it took 27.0 days to sell a home in September 2017, rose from 25.0 days in August of 2017, but fell from 42.0 days in September of 2016 in Inland Empire, California.
