There was amedium level of activity on the Maple Heights real estate market this week. 7 single family homes and 1 condominium were listed for sale. 2 single family homes were listed for rent. 2 single family home listings were returned to market. 4 single family home listings changed to contract. The price was reduced for 4 single family homes and for 1 mixed type property. The price was raised for 1 single family home. 7 single family homes were sold.
