Check out their marketing of other neighborhood homes.

Take a look at everything your agent is doing on your home. Look at those photos and actual listings to see what the public is seeing.

Sellers and listing agents should be a team in marketing the home.

Sellers need to be proud of the marketing and feel good about their choice of agent.

In a related subject, I was chatting with an agent yesterday that was about to spend some money hiring someone to do her social media. I asked her what the potential hiree did. She had no clue. I suggested checking out his past works to see if she wanted to spend money on what he did. It was like a light bulb going off over her head. I think sellers are the same way when they are told to check out the marketing of the agents they are interested in interviewing.
