Oh, that's one of my favorites too, Michelle! As with a lot of negative emotion, it's wasted energy that can be spent on more positive thoughts...including knowing God has our backs!

Michelle I don't worry! I gave that up years and years ago. My Mom taught me well. She used to say - well you can worry all you want but only between 3:00 and 3:15 and then you need to get back into life and have some fun, create something great!!
