You know when you become the resident expert on a topic? Im talking about to the point where people ask you what your opinions are and how you do certain things. Many agents dont achieve the success they want because they do not take fast action. They cannot make a decision. They cannot get off the fence. That decision making, or lack thereof, will absolutely kill the average agent.
