Interrogate Your Schedule!
Makes sense to me, get the money making items out of the way early.
As real estate agents and self employed business owners, we often have very little time for ourselves! We all have our calendars synced on our smartphones. They probably all look impossible with little to no time working ON the business and almost 100% working IN the business. What can you do to make your life a little bit easier?
First and foremost, interrogate your schedule! Is it even possible and does it make sense? Do you have time blocked in for investing in yourself like the gym, family time, meditation etc or do your days just run together? I interrogated my schedule back in 2016 and WOW! What I had wasn't even possible and then I would get stressed out because I wasn't able to complete what was on my calendar. Imagine that!
What do you do? BE REALISTIC! Block your lead generation time in the mornings and your appointments in the afternoons. Maybe you do lead gen for four hours one day and have another day where you work ON the business and do blog posts & schedule them out for the week. On Thursdays or Fridays, go to a restuarant and schedule meetings back to back and have people come meet you. Be a connector! There are tons of ways we can get a lot more purposeful with our schedules. Ask yourself if you are being relational or transactional!
