I'm glad my new spanking MacBook was delivered by the shiney happy FedEx man today, even though it's
pouring in New Jersey today. My fellow Active Rainer Jennifer Bukaty remarked on one of my blogs, "Hey old guy, are you still handcuffed to that PC? Get in the 21st century, Blotto and buy yourself a MacBook. You gotta be free!"
My kids have been flaunting Apple products to my face for years. Now I'm catching static from a thirty-something poet in gloomy Portland. Such are the trials and tribulations of buying and selling Colts Neck real estate!
Now in between the army of eager buyers who are just salivating to see 8 Glenwood Road, I can continue on my Path to Personal Productivity.
Armed with my new pink MacBook (no, they only come in black or white. Is Steve Jobs taking a color strategy out of Henry Ford's playbook?) I can reach out to my clients via e-mail, update my online Listing flyers and compose Top Secret company intergalactic memorandum...

Seriously, this is a great house to sell. Probably a better one to live in. Once you're on top of that hill (the
lot is a magnficient 2.2 acres) you transcend all your cares and worries. At least I do. Communing with Nature on a whimsical Spring Sunday afternoon is a lot better than commuting with 11 million of the species on the New Jersey Turnpike come Monday morning.
But you can do both here. Many Colts Neck residents commute to New York City and Northern New Jersey. Colts Neck is centrally located with access to the Parkway, Route 9 and Route 18 and local bus and train transport.
So if you see those ANDREW J. LENZA REALTY OPEN HOUSE signs, follow the arrows to yours truly. Coffee? Gee, thanks you are a sport. High test and light with skim milk.
Do you know this little aside constitutes an advertisement under NJREC statutes? Oh yes. We are regulated and rightfully so.
So I represent the seller and I wax poetic because (a) it's my fiduciary obligation to my client and (b) I really think this is one of the best homes available in the $800,000 to $900,000 price range in Colts Neck.
