FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS CAN RECEIVE A $10,000.00 GRANT that may be used for DOWN PAYMENT and/or CLOSING COSTS.

Great partnership! That will certainly benefit the buyer and give them incentive to hop on the bus!

You bet Sally. We sure do need to help these lower price buyers. This is good up to about $350K.
