I'm running behind on the September Market Report, as October is nearly over and I still have yet to post it! Here it is, in short form.

I posted August 2017 Market Report back in September (See that post here). Once again our local association, Boise Regional REALTORS®, does a fantastic job with monthly reports for both Ada & Canyon County.

Median prices are down slightly from August 2017, as are homes sold, but both are still up year over year.
