There were 10 homes sold in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot compared to 11 last week . Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 72, compared to last weeks 85 days. Over all homes sold a little faster but for a less money per square foot this week.

The most expensive home sold for $274,281. and it was on the market for 107 days. The least expensive home sold for $60,000. and it was on the market for 25 days. Average days on market for the 10 homes sold was 72. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $82.28.
