October is going gangbusters with 117 sales compared to 87 from last October. There still may be a few as agents work through their paperwork and post sales onto the MLS. Although there weren’t any new sales this week, there are a few new escrows in both houses and condos:

Cliffs 1104 sold for $135K in 3/01 and was foreclosed on by the bank on 8/17. It is listed for $327K as a bank owned property. This unit was listed from 5/08 to 10/09 starting at $489K, reducing to $275K, from 10/09 to 5/12 for $262,500.
Kamahana 4 is priced at $350K since selling for $276K as a bank owned property in 8/09.
Contingent:
Alii Kai 13D only took 7 days, priced at $479K, to go into escrow. The seller paid $121K for this unit in 6/99. Emmalani Court 214 is in escrow for the second time while listed for $599K. The seller paid $479K in 12/14.
Withdrawn:
Kaiulani 46 was withdrawn after only 18 days priced at $1.350M. The townhome was purchased from the developer in 3/07 for $1.655M.
Price Changes:
