  • The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $609,010 down -4.8% vs Aug-17.
  • Existing single-family home sales decreased -13.2% from Aug-17 for a Sep-17 total of 466 sold units.
  • Condos increased in price to $395,000 up 1.0% vs Aug-17.
  • Existing condo sales decreased -6.0% in Sep-17 over Aug-17 for a total of 157 sold units.
