The natural gas aggregation agreement with Constellation is coming to an end on Tuesday, 10/31/17. This has raised some concerns with residents since a new aggregation program has not been announced. We are currently exploring options for a new program; however, this process will not conclude before the Constellation agreement expires. City of Cleveland Heights Transportation Advisory Commitee had a meeting on Tuesday, 10/24/17 at 7:00 PM. There was a high level of activity on the Cleveland Heights real estate market this week. 17 single family homes, 4 two family homes, 1 three family home and 2 condominiums were listed for sale. 1 single family home, 1 multifamily home and 1 condominium were listed for rent. 3 single family home listings were returned to market. 13 single family home listings and 1 condominium listing changed to contract. The price was reduced for 9 single family homes and for 1 two family home. The proposed rent rate was reduced for 4 single family home and for 1 apartment. 12 single family homes, 1 two family home and 1 condominium were sold.
