The Skyland neighborhood

Skyland is a neighborhood in North Denver. It is bounded by MLK Jr Boulevard, York Street, E 23rd Ave and Colorado Boulevard. Between Development in Skyland started between 1915 and 1929 when a trolley line was built in the area. As development increased during 1945 to 1959 new homes were made in the neighborhood. Homes in Skyland were mostly one-story brick homes along with low-density, multi-family units common to homes built in many of the post-war subdivisions.
