South Platte Denver Colorado is a neighborhood in South Denver. W Jewel Avenue borders it to the north, South Platte River to the east, W Wesley Avenue to the west and W Dartmouth Avenue to the south. The residents of the neighborhood petitioned for annexation and became part of Denver in 1962. The area has a rural feel with many yards personally updated by residents. Home here is affordable, and to the west of the neighborhood, you have easy access to more commercialized areas.

South Platte and College View residents have several amenities they can visit both inside and outside the neighborhood. Like most Denver neighborhoods South Platte is excellent for outdoor activities.
