And boy did I need it.  The weather has been just short of miserable for about the last month.

So today was a mental health day for me and three others in out foursome.  All of whom are fellow Rainers.    Say hello to Kim McClintock who introduced me to AR.  We were so-o-o-o ready for some time away from the day to day.    The sky was a beautiful blue and the golf course was ready.

Everybody needs one of these every so often.  So what are you waiting for?

Hopefully, tomorrow!!

Weather is suppose to clear up and be pretty nice.

Intend to take a horseback ride thru Natchez Trace State Park.

Should be therapeutic.

Have a great weekend.

Linda,

Good luck on your mental health day.  BTW, thank you for stopping in and being the first to comment.

Maria,

It has been a wonderful day and very relaxing, almost like coming back from vacation.   Thank you for stopping in and commenting.

It was cool and rainy here in TN today and down to 47 tonight, but tomorrow is supposed to be a beautiful day, so I will be out in my flower garden and leaving the cell phone in the house!

Gotta love those mental health days.  We're having a mental health weekend actually.  We brought the motorhome to one of our favorite spots on the river... we're only about 20 miles from home but it's quiet (no one else here) and I'm loving it.
