Breathtakingly Gorgeous
This is the view across the road from a home I was showing. Though the trees were not in the yard of the home for sale, the view was free and a gorgeous one at that. Each year this place delivers a breathtaking view.
Each home I showed was accessed both on the inside suiting the needs of the buyer and also what she saw around the home.
My buyer was all about the view. Not only did she want a pretty view from the back windows and deck, she wanted to see trees and lovely landscape when she stood on her front porch. If it had a pond that was even better.
The best of both worlds is having the trees and leaves taken care of by the neighbor without the work. Getting to drink in the color and beautiful scene and not paying for all that land is a bonus. This weekend, the leaves changing colors took a huge step prompted by the cooler temps and rain framing and showing homes at their best.
The good news is the buyer decided on the home and is now in the loan processing stage and will be moved in long before Christmas.
