Autumn Savings Event by Century Communities is offering move-in ready homes with upgrades through November 19. These homes are located throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
Hadley Goddard, sales manager for Century Communities, stated “We saw a need in Southern Nevada for new homes that have a shorter time frame to move in and realized we had the opportunity to get things moving a whole lot faster for buyers.” Century Communities is offering several incentives and upgrades with the homes. These homes feature upgraded luxury features and designer décor.
Century Communities is one of the builder partners in the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program that is operated by The Smith Team. We also are in partnership with Beazer Homes, CalAtlantic, Pulte Homes and Woodside Homes. The Nevada Builder Trade-In Program is a solution for the growing segment of buyers/sellers in purchasing a newly built home contingent on the sale of their existing home. We also work with other builders other than our builder partners that are sitting with standing inventory and we offer similar benefits as the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program. The builder partners in the program offer over 50 neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley.
The homes range from 1500 square feet to over 4,000 square feet and the move-in time frame will ensure that buyers are moved in before the end of the year.
Meadow Ridge, a Century Communities neighborhood in the northwest part of the valley, has a home that is 3,810 square feet with five bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, a bedroom and bath one the first level, a den or additional bedroom, second floor loft and a three-car garage. The home is priced at $494,990 and the builder is offering $25,000 in flooring incentives to allow the buyer to choose the flooring they would like in their home.
Another home in Meadow Ridge is 3,609 square feet and has been reduced in price to $464,990 – now priced at just above the homes base price and has over $75,000 in upgrades – including stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops in the gourmet kitchen. The home has five bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, formal dining room, an owner suite with covered balcony, loft and three-car garage.
