We are often our hardest critics, but it isn't just you that is responsibile for completing transactions. If you work with someone who constantly fails with a certain task, the better option isn't to just let their failure happen thus affecting a sales closing time, it's to hold them accountable for it. It may feel like it's not your place, but if you're doing business with them then it is! Plus, aren't they going to be better off with someone wanting to help them learn from their mistakes rather than wallowing in it?
