Date Night at Carrabba's Italian Grill, Germantown, MD
Chef Dolores and I had outstanding meals at Carrabba's Italian Grill in Germantown, Maryland. She had the house salad and Chicken Bryan which was wood-fired grilled and topped with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and lemon butter sauce.
I opted for the Caesar salad and Chicken Marsala, which was wood-fired grilled and topped with mushrooms and Lombardo Marsala wine sauce.
The special offering was that we received entrees to take home which were spaghetti topped with pomodoro sauce and meat balls. Actually, each serving was enough for two meals. Click on the above link to view the menu and the specials.
