As an agent I get asked all the time what the interest rates are doing. Lenders and financers can usually answer that much better than I can but I have a resource for a quick answer. On a sub page of my site I added an interest rate feed that produces a chart of the national interest rate averages.

It is not specific to my market and I like it that way. I can give clients an idea of where they stand so they can calculate a ballpark figure. We then have the discussion that their credit, financial situation, etc. will affect their actual interest rate and I refer them to a few trusted lenders who they can interview for more specific information.

Because I am not a lender this feature is not on my home page. It is easy to find on a sub page.
