The Denver Market from 2011 to 2017 Could Not Be More Different!

The Denver market sure has changed from the buyers market back in 2011. Just take a look at the yearly figures for the same week from year to year:

2011  32,465

2012  22,861

2013  12,993

2014    9,750

2015    9,468

2016    8,666

2017    8,601

For the last 7 days this is what happened in the area:

New Listing 957

Under Contract 1471

Closed and Sold 1524
