It looks like the merger is finally going to take place between these two Colorado front range MLS.

With the large area of overlap between the two MLS, many would say "about time too!" This merger will bring relief to those agents that have had to be a member of the two MLS and integrate IDX RETS feeds from both MLS in their website.

The presidents of both companies have signed agreements and the boards have agreed - all that remains is the for shareholders to give the nod.
