Debbie Reynolds has challenged us to write for twelve days on what we are thankful for. There is so much, so these short twelve days should be very easy to write about!
In our real estate business, it is all about making relationships. Some clients want to stay in touch often, some only need to hear from you on occasion, just to know we are still in business. Some will contact us when needed. I find it lucky to be able to follow my past clients on Facebook, then staying in touch seems easier. I see what is happening with their family, their vacations, basically their day to day lives without being intrusive.
When a family is being relocated and there is a relocation company now involved, the homeowners do have a choice, as the relocation company usually wants the transferee to use their REALTORS®. It is especially wonderful when the transferee specifies strongly they want to use THEIR REALTOR®. Lots of paper, but so worth being able to work with a reasonable and fun-loving family.
So thankful this client appreciated my customer service and am able to list his home one last time before moving to the East Coast!
