12 Days of Thanks Giving: Thankful for Planks
I am participating in a blog challenge: Writing up to 12 blog posts about the things in life that I am grateful for. Big stuff or little stuff, it is my task to take a moment to reflect.
Today, as my first Thanks Giving post, I am thankful for...planks. I am also participating in a month-long Planks-giving challenge, and each day requires that I attempt to hold a plank just a bit longer than the prior day. By the end of the month, I should be able to hold a plank for 5 minutes!
The plank exercise is so very good for our body. It develops a strong core, which we can then build upon to strengthen the entire body.
I am thankful for the Thanks Giving blog challenge as well as the Planks-giving challenge!
