You bet, this month was a busy month for home sellers and busier than the month before. This North Kingstown RI market report will tell you that RI real estate information you need to stay abreast on.
North Kingstown home sales over the prior month have increased by 39% with the following real estate single family sales for a total of 39 as follows:
13 homes sold under $300,000
9 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000
14 homes sold over $400,000 but less than $1 million
3 homes sold over $1 million
There are 109 homes on the market and the average home sold price is $449,000 here this month. The average home stays on the market 2.8 months prior to going into pending status. Home sold values are up from last year.
The issue is that the lack of homes for sale inventory in certain price ranges. The hottest 
market is under $500,000 with a nearly non-existent inventory of homes not needing updating. Homes under $400,000 are selling quickly if buyers are ready, willing and able to close. Higher end homes are selling also now.
