You Need A Specialist If You Want A Cincinnati Patio Home

I've been with my primary care physician for over 25 years.  He's gotten me through a lot of dings and bugs over the years.  When something is outside his area of expertise he sends me to a specialist.  Torn up knee?  Go see the doc that fixes knees for a living.  Ticker acting up?  Obviously that's not a job for just ANY doctor, so off to the cardiologist I go.  The specialists take care of me, get me back to normal and life goes on.

yeah, that's my knee!

Now I'm no doctor, but I DO have a specialty.  It's helping home buyers and sellers with an interest in Cincinnati patio homes and other types of low maintenance housing.  It's taken years to amass the expertise needed to make sure my buyers know ALL the patio home options available to them.

Frankly our MLS doesn't clearly identify patio homes clearly in an easily searchable manner.  The net impact is that MOST real estate agents don't have the expertise needed to know all their options, and just searching the MLS isn't going to help them (or you) find what you're looking for.

Those agents are like my primary care physician.  They know a lot about a lot of things, and on the whole they're great agents.  Buying a "regular" home?  They're going to take good care of you.  But what they lack is the specific knowledge needed to cover ALL your options when it comes to Cincinnati patio homes.  They may know of a patio home community or two, but not be aware of many other patio homes communities that might be the PERFECT match for your needs.

If you're looking for a patio home, you'll probably figure out pretty quickly your agent doesn't have the full knowledge you need for patio home shopping.  You find yourself searching on your own and time after time what do you find online?  Pages and pages of information about Cincinnati patio homes authored by yours truly.   Nothing personal against your agent but if you're having to do the heavy lifting finding patio homes, you need to ask if you're working with the right agent?

I'm NOT suggesting you fire your agent, but you do have options.

1.  You can continue to work with your agent and hope for the best.

2.  Ask your agent to refer you to us.  It's a win-win.  Your agent will still get paid for helping you since my brokerage will pay a percentage of our pay to your agent's brokerage.  You get the expertise you need, and your agent still gets to pay some bills.

Your choice.  And if you DON'T already have an agent?  Then go to option 3, and just hire us from the start!

Sometimes a referral is the best option, especially if the Realtor is working outside their area of expertise. It could be a geographical challenge or residential vs. lots, acreage, or commercial. You are clearly the expert for patio homes in Cincinnati.

There are things I know, and things I don't.  When a potential client is in the "I don't" category I'm generally going to hand them to another agent unless they insist it still be me DESPITE me telling them of my limitations.
