There are no changes for Calistoga in the last 7 days. This is the first time I have seen this happen in the last 5 years I have been doing this update. Currently there are only 7 active listings within the city limits of Calistoga. To the best of my memory, this is an all time low. Who knows, the results of the fire or just the normal holiday slow down in real estate activity.

Since there was no activity for this last week, I have chose to feature this property on Cedar Street which many consider the “best street” in Calistoga. This property has a fabulous creek side setting and is on .72 acres, a rare find for a lot of this size within the city limits. There is a rustic barn with great character, an unfinished small separate building and an older 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in need of a total remodel.
