Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY between November 5th and 11th, 2017. There were five new listings. During the same week, the total number of available homes in Monroe NY remained below 90. That is a low level of inventory for the area. New listings are still needed!!

 

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

 

580 Lakes Road, MLS #4748903, listed at $72,800. This is a foreclosed home with three bedrooms, two baths and ~1,650 square feet. The home has some hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, one car-garage and is directly across from Walton Lake.

 

428 High Street, MLS #4748990, listed at $220,000. This three bedroom, one bath ranch style home has ~1,200 square feet. The home has oak cabinets with Corian counters, hardwood floors and central air conditioning. In addition, the half acre of property includes a one car garage, stone walkway and deck.

 

77 High Street, MLS #4748578, listed at $255,000. This home has three bedrooms and one and a half baths with ~1,200 square feet of living space. The home is in the village of Monroe, close to the center of town, shops, restaurants and bus. In addition, this property has wooden floors, a remodeled kitchen, detached garage, driveway, deck and yard.

 

36 Pinehurst Circle, MLS #4749057, listed at $399,900. This townhouse has four bedrooms, two full and two half bathrooms, and nearly ~2,100 square feet of space. The home is located in the gated community of Mansion Ridge. It includes includes a two-story family room, fireplace, central air-conditioning, hardwood flooring and kitchen with white quartz counters and wine cooler. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets, cathedral ceilings and master bath. The finished basement includes sliders to the patio.

 

4 Half Hollow Turn, MLS #4749413, listed at $399,900. This raised-ranch style home is conveniently located in the village of Monroe, and is close to shopping, public transportation, groceries and more. The home has a stone entrance, granite counters, hardwood floors and two car garage.
