As I see it . . . . . . . .

Integrity is doing what’s right

 

Integrity is doing what’s right . . . . even when you may be the only person that would know what you’ve done.

 

When you think about a person with integrity you think about the person’s character.

 

Acting with integrity is seen as an attribute in various aspects of a person’s personal and professional endeavors to do the right thing without looking for recognition or personal rewards.

 

Even when under pressure a person with integrity will do the right thing for the right reasons.

 

The person with integrity emerges as the leader in their field . . . . as a top performer . . . . and is sought out for their advice and counsel.

Integrity seems to be disappearing, Lou Ludwig ... so the person that displays it will stand out in the crowd, that's for sure.  It may be an old-fashioned concept, but it's needed now more than ever ...

Your advice is so important. Always do what is right, even if no one notices.

Because, we know what we do or don't do. I sleep well at night because I have done what is right.

In fact, doing what is right, has way of becoming know by others and they will then declare us to be people of Integrity.

Integrity is certainly essential for a smooth transaction where all parties feel they have been treated right. However, anyone who has done this work for a while is bound to have run into a self-cented demanding client who could care less if the other party has been treated right. I try to avoid these types of clients Lou.
