Whatever the reason you are able to rise above other agents in your selling area, past clients will keep you in business, when you value them.
Recently, after receiving my greeting card, a past client phoned, saying they were ready to buy another home, then sell their existing home. And their daughter and son-in-law were ready to purchase as well.
I was ecstatic that our business and trust relationship was intact. Keeping in touch means making a sincere commitment and the quarterly mailings sent out to clients nets new business every time.
There is no true secret to success or in being the Top Agent, especially in an area where a great number real estate agents vie for the same opportunities. Be the best you can be. The rest always follows!
