There Are Two Sides to Every Story - And I Listen to All Three

'Tis the season for picnics, and parties.  So, when an acquaintenance wants to make small talk about the housing market, what is your truth?   I try to keep up with all sides of any news on the housing market, and form my own thoughts.  It makes for a real conversation about the real estate market, not just a "sales pitch".  People to stay engaged, and listen.

I feel if you do not take into consideration all things, you can not fairly judge what is happening, or make a reasonable prediction into the future.  (In my humble opinion,---which means I stick by what I say, but will not force my opinion on anyone)

I keep up with Real Estate news by having Google Alerts email me updates on the keyword:

    Real Estate

It is a great feature.  If you are not using it, try it!

RK  I have not used Google Alerts, but it does seem like a good idea.  I will have to set it up and try it.

I love Google alerts and like you said, it really keeps you on top of your market and shows you have knowledge of what everyone is saying.

Todd Clark (Realtor), GRI (Washington Co, Beaverton, Oregon) (Kastings & Associates, Oregon):  Good morning Todd, Do you Google Alert your name, too?  I do.  Not out of vanity, but just to see what Google is picking up on what I do.

Thanks so much for commenting!  Best wishes and cotinued success!
