What To Do When The Phones Aren't Ringing...

From showing property twice a day to maybe once a week I have found a few great ways to releive the tension of a lackluster Charlottesville real estate market.

1) I stopped drinking.

2) Spend hours in the garden working out my frustrations of deals goe awry...and there are some doosies!

3) Spend another 5-6 hours working on social networking sites like Squidoo & Hubpage.

4) tweeking my Charlottesville Real Estate, Virginia Historic Homes, Virginia Horse Farms & Virginia Farms web sites so I can compete with wealthy real estate compnaies in the Charlottesville area in the SEO arena.

5) And watch a lot of PBS...

Now I can remeber what I watched, I am sharper, my family loves me again and I may meet a very rich, attractive woman on my social networking sites.

Golden Rule To Live By!

Marry Rich or pay later!

Toby:

1) I quitting only because of my waistline...otherwise I'd keep going!

2) Going to start doing that...once I find the time since I.....

3) Spend 8-10 hours on sites (incluing AR and blogs and website)

4 and 5) Try to avoid the TV...and will be easier once American Idol is over! LOL!

Toby- Sometimes I wish my phones were not ringing off the hook all day:) Can't say that though, because the phone is one of our lifelines! We are SO swamped we have to look for someone who can come in just to answer the phone for us a few hours a day so we can get these listings blogged and put on line! Katerina

Toby, look at the time I've been wasting - you should have advised me to marry rich earlier! ;o)

My phones have been slower too. I always have something to do. Actually I have been sleeping more. Instead of 5 hours or so...I am up to 8 hours a night again. I like that part of it.

Good ones EVERYONE...keep them coming ( I actually stopped drinking so I would't look like a slob at the beach in watch Hill Rhode island this summer.

I also often wished I had married an aggressive fellow (female...mind you!) realtor. There is alot to talk about but nobody wants to hear my whining when American Idol, America's Top Model, Project Runway or The Bachelor are on.
