The prices in your area always amaze me. I had a lady call and say she wanted someone to build her a for 50K, I told her good luck you can't even get a mobile home at that price!

I agree with Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert , Curtis. This is upper-end pricing where my niche is. And it's funny how many think they can get a home with fabulous views, land, etc. for next-to-nothing.

A buildable lot runs $300,000 + and if one use $50,000 - 70,000 for permits and $250 psf, you can get the idea. cheers cvc
