Nice gimmick. The problem is with over 30 listings it would take a bit of time.

This isn't a gimmick. You don't have to list all 30 listings either. You could list 5, 10, 15... The featured Agent for May listed 11 properties. He won a Free listing in the Real Estate Directory and he was featured for the month of May. Not to mention that 4 of his properties are featured as well. All for FREE!

I do know that if you listed all your listings you just might win the $25 gas gift card.. Why not try? It is free advertisement. And you might just get paid for it!
