Yes, I am a Mountain Mama…. I love the mountains here!. I remember driving back from Florida a few years ago with my brother. When we both saw the Appalachian mountains, it was a sight to behold!

I like the ocean and beaches, but not the flatness of the land. I need mountains, rolling hills, creeks, rivers, lakes…. My roots are here in West Virginia. The natural beauty and the hills is what I missed. After 35 years I returned. My husband, also a West Virginian, and I returned to our roots and built our retirement home. I am thankful to be back home in West Virginia..
