Many of us are going to be invited to share Thanksgiving with friends or family. Saying thank you via a note or a card has a special meaning. These notes are becoming a thing of the past and have been substituted by a text or an email.
It is so much easier to send a thank you text and consider it said and done. It takes a lot more effort to write a note and send it through the mail. That is totally unexpected in this day and time and so much more appreciated. The younger generation doesn't understand the impact that a personally written thank you note can make and the good impression it leaves.

If you do it you will get noticed. It sets you apart from the others. Excuses like you don't have a nice handwriting or don't know what to say are just that, excuses. It doesn't matter how neat your handwriting is, it is the thought that counts. It is an act of Thanksgiving and is appropriate any time of the year.
