This is what I've been doing since 5:00am this morning. I'm taking the day off from the gym because my muscles need a break to repaire. I meet my trainer again tomorrow, and it's back and biceps this week.
This is Paklava.... 500 calories/ glance.... imagine how fattening to eat!!!! I don't eat it... while the kids eat this, I have a carrot..... good sugar!
I have Choreg dough rising for the next 4 hours.....then I'll make semi-sweet braided rolls with it.... alot of work, but the kids like it.... my house smells like heaven....
By the way, these are Armenian recipes.... NOT GREEK... Armenians had paklava first... we spell it with a P and Greeks spell it with a B...Baklava... It's the same pastry, and ours was first!!! Remember that!!
