I am one of those sales associates that appreciates what an artist can bring to a listing. To me, staging is an art form and those who provide the service are artists.

Interior Design Is A Passion Of Mine
Way back when we used "stone" tablets in school, I studied Home Economics and Interior Design. To stay on top of all the constant changes, I read the lasted design books. Anything that has to do with the home and garden, I read! Because I enjoy it, I find it a relaxing way to spend my free indoor time.
I have always been a believer in this art form. but, I saw it play out with a home that I had Sedona Soul Spaces come out to make recommendations to the owner. We had it on market and there were lots of showings but the entire home was "tired". It needed a complete face-lift. Melissa from Sedona Soul Spaces came over and made her recommendations, including neutral paint including the garage floor and staging with some updated furniture and accessories. That house was sold in two weeks and the owner was ecstatic!
One thing I have noticed is that the angle of the picture will generally change because of the furniture and accessories that are added to the room.

Another point I always make with a potential client is that I will do what is necessary to sell their home. Having most services in house means that I can come to their home and re-shoot the entire house if necessary. If weather / seasonal conditions change, new flowers or shrubs are added, etc., I will be back to update the pictures. You can count on it.
