If you have ever needed to present information to a lot of people at once you know how hard it can be for everyone to absorb it.  This comes in the form of email campaigns that can have any kind of subject.  Usually this is important content that we want to blast out to our client and tenant bases.  This can be anything from alerting them to industry changes or having them be weary of a freeze coming in and to make sure all hoses are disconnected from the spigots.  Obviously, we don’t send so many emails as to be annoying, but it is frustrating when you do need to convey some piece of information.  For these purposes we use Constant Contact, so we can measure all the user response and see the click rates of the information.

The problem is increasing your viewership.  People are on guard these days against all forms of advertising or spam.  If the intent of the email is at all unclear you will have a tough time getting everyone to open the email and then taking on action on whatever it is, you need.  To combat this, you should be making sure your email is concise, direct and to the point.  We used to have a very crowded newsletter with too many links to look at it, even if you had 15 minutes to devote solely to our email.  Eliminating all the excess background noise ensures that you will be able to deliver your message coherently.  In Highlands Ranch property management there is a ton of informational any given time that may need to reach someone.  It is important to make sure the most important thing you want heard is the item you are putting forth.

If you are sending a video announcement to people, it is even more important that you do not clutter the page with anything but the video.  You want people navigating to your important content as soon as possible.  Your video length is an entirely separate blog post on its own. We won’t go into detail on that here.  Just be aware of what you are sending, make sure it doesn’t appear as spam and make sure you get to your point as quick as possible.  Even if you only reach half of your audience that is still considered a success in certain contexts.

Blue Olive Properties handles Highlands Ranch property management throughout the entire city.  Call today for any details on our program.
