DON'T MISS CONFERENCE CALL

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Central New York Real Estate Group

Hi Fellow Reator

After reading this, you need to call me or immediately email me for the conference call # and special pass code #. There is another conference live call at 4:00 EST. Don't miss out!!!!!!!!!!

My name is David NuHavun, a Realtor from Syracuse, N.Y. I am 61 and have 11 children and 16 grand children. I am on a 5 year mission to help over 100,000 Realtors nationally to have an additional stream of income that goes hand and glove with real estate and not a conflict. I have found it!

Who do you know that likes to travel and go on vacation? We all do including your clients! My real estate website is http://www.RelocateToSyracuse.com/. My wife and I have partnered with Travelocity and get paid 60% of the commission that is paid out by the vendors. We have a travel link to our travel booking engine right on our site, "Travel". It is very convenient for our clients to be looking at MLS listings, minimize and book their travel right through our website. This is an added value to your clients and they love the convenience. Our travel booking search engine offers very comparable prices and many times cheaper than our competition. Millions of dollars have gone into the development of the travel booking engine. We offer so much more than Expedia, Orbitz and Priceline.

Most Realtors don't realize that travel is the largest industry in the world. Annual sales are at 7.3 Trillion Dollars. It is expected to double in the next 3 years. It is just waiting for you to get a piece of billions of dollars that paid out by the vendors annualy. Because of the way the real estate market is nationally; having an additional stream of income, without a conflict with their real estate business is exciting! The more Realtors that I talk to nationally, I am finding that there is a lot of financially hurting Realtors out there! I talked with a gentleman the other day and he is having, to work nights at Sam's Club, just to make ends meet! I am finding time and time again Realtors that have their own "Online Travel Store" are finding new found joy in life. They have an additional stream of income! It's amazing what an additional $1,000-$5,000 a month income from their "Online Travel Store" is doing to help off set unearned commissions!

My travel website is, http://www.BestTravelInTheWorld.com/. It explains everything that you will ever need to know on how to have your own "Online Travel Store". You will be your own Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline and (much, much, more)! Barry Dillar bought Expedia 2 years ago for 5.1 "Billion Dollars". You will have more! All you have to do is tell people to go to your travel website and book their travel and you receive 60% of the paid out commission. Wouldn't your friends, relatives and clients rather book their travel on your site than a "Faceless Company"? You bet they would! When you personally book travel on you own travel website, you not only get a confirmation number, but you get a commission check also. It is "Found Money"!

If you have any questions, please feel free to either email me at: david@BestTravelInTheWorld.com or call me at 315-372-3024. All emails and phone calls are answered ASAP.

Have a great day,

David NuHavun

David, you've posted many "ads" in the last few hours.  Posting ads is considered bad form here on AR.  It's also called spamming...

David, I received your email.  No, I'm not a moderator or any such thing on AR.  Simply one who has been here a while.  You posted 5 articles yesterday all related to the same thing:  Selling the travel agency commission.

My take:  (only my 2 cents..take it for what it's worth :-)  It came across as spam.  One nice article about what you've discovered without the continual sales pitch would have been just fine.

You seem to be new to AR - it really is a great place to be.  Spend some time reading other blog articles, getting a feel for things, and reading the guidelines and "help" groups.

Good luck to you in your business.
